Cast iron dishes
This series of 8 cast-iron bowls is an evolution in shape.
Their size (75 cm in diameter), weight (an average of 100 kg) and material (cast-iron) turns them into exciting objects with a beautiful surface, either individually or as a series.
The bowls were presented in 2002 during a solo exhibition in the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam. They have been included in the ‘European design’ collection of the Indianapolis Museum of Art among others.
